To all the ladies out there who don't enjoy time spent in the kitchen, this one is for you.
All You Need:
- Package of Bleu Cheese crumbles
- Low Fat Hamburger meat
- Olive oil
Place the ground meat in a bowl and toss in your bleu cheese crumbles and some olive oil. Stick your hands in and start mixing it all together until you feel the cheese has displaced to a good consistency throughout the meat. Cover it and place in the fridge for about an hour or so to marinate. Once the time has passed, pull out chunks of the meat, roll like a ball, and then flatten into patties.
If you are like me and your George Foreman grill vanished, place them on some foil and then cook slowly in the oven (300 degrees).
I like my burgers with all the veggies (red onion, tomato, lettuce), some avocado, and then a mixture of mayo + mustard. Another idea is to try it plain with roasted onions so that the bleu cheese flavor is really brought to life.
