Sunday night dinners with the boyfriend are one of my favorite things. They are usually accompanied with a movie or some sort of HBO watching. It's so nice to snuggle up and just relax together.
I made him this pasta and chicken recipe and was so happy with how relatively simple (I still had to bread and fry the chicken so it is not microwave dinner by any means) yet super delicious it was. We had major food babies after this meal.
One problem I did encounter was that the recipe calls for Italian Herbs & Cheese cooking creme which was nowhere to be found. I followed the recipe using the regular cooking creme and then added in Italian herbs and a pack of Weight Watchers Italian cheese. Don't judge my Weight Watcher's substitute. I'm sorry, I just couldn't eat a white sauce, pasta, semi fried chicken, AND regular cheese. And while I'm confessing, I used everything possible in low sodium and Smart Taste healthy noodles.
Listen, I'm not going balls to the walls calorie crazy unless I'm at the Cheesecake Factory. And in that case, the elastic wasteband pants will be in place.
