Again, trying to be healthy. I love to eat this for breakfast (if I have time to enjoy it) or lunch. My boyfriend's parents showed me this great little meal while they were on a very strict diet. However, unlike most diet food, it tastes almost too good to be healthy.
Make sure you choose a small red apple. Apples are incredibly filling by themselves, so you want to keep this one relatively little so you don't get over blown by this dish.
As for yogurt, any low fat vanilla variation will do. If you are more prone to Greek yogurt, add a spoon or two of honey in to maintain sweetness.
This is my go-to granola. I'll experiment with different yogurts, but I hardly ever buy anything but this. Remember to add sparingly because granola is healthy but can pack a calorie punch.
